●       Our products are customized using sublimation printing and are made-to-order.

●       All designs submitted must comply with copyright laws; we are not responsible for printing copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.

●       We reserve the right to refuse any order if the design contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

●       Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Payment Policies

●       Orders can be placed via our website, email, or in-store.

●       A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders, with the balance due before shipping or pickup.

●       We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), debit/credit cards, and mobile payments.

●       Order details, including design, size, and quantity, must be confirmed before production.

●       Once production has started, changes cannot be made to the order.
